That looks like a Columbia Europa. It was made in Germany just before World War I broke out. When WWI broke out import of these stopped and many were scrapped during the war, so they are relatively rare today. Value in good condition maybe up to $200, but this specific machine looks like it needs some repair. Because of the scarcity it should be properly fixed and preserved for historical reasons.
