The "Victoria" Phonograph is German. It was patented in 1898 by Breslauer Wassermesser- und Eisenbau-Werke A.-G. in Breslau-Carlowitz. In 1899, a contract was drawn between Breslauer Co., Heinrich Meinecke in Breslau, Deutsche Automaten Gesellschaft Stollwerck & Co. in Cologne, and Gebrüder Stollwerck Co.
The Stollwerck Co.'s, large shareholders and commissioners of Deutsche-Edison-Phonographen-Gesellschaft, owner of the phonograph patents in Germany, licensed the Breslauer Co. to manufacture phonographs, automatic phonographs and cylinders.

It measures 24 x 18 1/2. It looks like it was folded in four, or came in four sheets. - John
