Has anyone on the board ever removed and regreased the springs on a Trion motor? I'd like a little advice before I attempt it.

These springs are some of the most powerful you're likely to encounter. I'd advise making up a jig to hold the spring barrel securely before attempting to remove or reinstall these.

Thanks Shane. Is there anything I should know about the barrel construction prior to starting?

Hey Bob, Wyatt Markus has a few photos of a disassembled triton motor that was in an Ambrola 1A prototype he was restoring. Maybe that will give you an idea of what to expect. www.edisondiamonddisc.com/Good luck with that beast! Martin
