Hello all, I acquired a really nice Music Master cygnet horn but all the hardware witch I can replace is in need of screws. I need the screw sizes in millimeters for the hanging attachment and the goose neck ring attachment. I guess the person for some reason or another removed them and ie: lost them or used them on another horn. Hard to believe because this horn is almost perfect except for a couple of scuffs in the veneer that are very minor and the decals are fabulous. I just can not believe this person would remove the hardware form the horn and I even have the painted wood grain goose neck that goes with the horn. It is done in oak and would be a huge SIN to not have this horn once again hanging on a machine and in use. I just do not know the right measurements for the screws for the hanging attachment and the goose neck ring attachment and I know they are of different sizes for each part being the 4 screws for the hanging attachment and goose neck ring use different size screws. I just do not know the size and would hate to guess and end up damaging the horn in all it wonderful glory and almost perfect state that it is in. Any help would be a complete blessing from the gods above and I would be willing to even get the screws in brass and have them nickel plated if I can not find them in nickel. But in any matter I have a mission to get this horn haning on a machine once again and I can not do that without the correct screws. Please help me save this horn as it is one of the best condition Music Master cygnet horns I have see even at all the shows I have been to in the past. I have looked everywhere on the web for the info on the sizes needed for the screws and I can not seem to find any info anywhere and it depresses me to see this horn just sitting there looking up at the machine I want to put it on and I know it is feeling just sad and lonely kept put aside and not complete. It wants to sing out once again and have it's voice back and my mission is to do just that and I need some help to complete that goal! Your welcome to contact me on my cell with any info you can provide. My cell number is 863-243-1011.
Seeing this horn just sit there alone makes my stomach turn in knots and I want to do it justice and give it life once again!
Thanks all in advance with any help you can provide,
Kenneth Keeton
